Open your calendar. Click on New Appointment or double click on a desired date and time in your calendar to open a new Appointment window.
Enter a Subject and Location. Adjust the Start time and End time if necessary. Click on Recurrence to open the Appointment Recurrence dialogue window. Set the Recurrence pattern and Range of recurrence.
When finished, click OK to return to the Appointment window. The recurring appointment has now been established. Click Save & Close.
